Dear Members of the Selangor Bar,


Please be informed that the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) will be jointly organising the “AIAC & SCIA Joint Tribunal Secretary Training Programme.”  


This training offers practical and cutting-edge content through lectures, group discussions and interactive sessions led by seasoned arbitrators, experts and experienced tribunal secretaries. It focuses on key topics such as the innovative developments of international arbitration in China and Malaysia, the application of SCIA and AIAC arbitration rules, the administration of arbitration proceedings in different jurisdictions, and the key roles and responsibilities of tribunal secretaries.


This training also serves as the 4th session of SCIA’s International Arbitration Training Program for Elite Lawyers in the Greater Bay Area (SCIA IATP) and a key event of the South China Business & Law Forum (B&L Forum).


Participants who complete this training and pass the assessment will receive a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by SCIA and AIAC.
