Invitation to Attend the Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan Training -

Parts One and Two

9th November 2024 (Saturday) | 9:00 am to 6:00 pm


The Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (“YBGK”) is a comprehensive scheme that funds lawyers to do legal aid work in criminal matters.  


We are pleased to invite lawyers to attend Parts One(I) and Two(II) of the YBGK training.


Contents of the Training:	


(1) Part One — YBGK Administration

(2) Part Two — Arrest, Remand, Bail and Mitigation


This programme is sponsored by YBGK, and all lawyers who attend the YBGK training are required to do a minimum amount of YBGK work after the training.


This training is only open to lawyers who have been in practice for a minimum of one year. 


Only 10 places are available and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. This training is free of charge, but advance registration is required.
