To Members of The Selangor Bar,


The Selangor Bar Committee is scheduled to have a meeting with the Chief Police Officer (CPO) of Selangor to discuss matters relating to criminal legal practice. 


In order to have a meaningful and effective dialogue, we request Members to provide feedback on any issues or difficulties faced such as issues with Investigating Officers (I.O.s), Remand, etc.


The Selangor Bar Committee maintains a policy of privacy and confidentiality of the firms and practitioners raising such practice issues to seek solutions with the relevant authorities.


The Committee will deliberate on all feedback received and collate the issues to be raised at the said meeting.
