Dear Members and Chambering Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


Selangor Bar Committee, through its Conveyancing Practice Sub-Committee (“CPC”), has sought clarification from Pengarah PTG Negeri Selangor, who has confirmed that the SD must be in the correct form of SD pursuant to Akta Akuan Berkanun 1960 and must be printed out on A4-size paper. If the contents of the SD exceed 1 page, Members are to print the continuation page on the same sheet of paper (front and back).


The correct form SD pursuant to Akta Akuan Berkanun 1960 is reproduced below for easy reference.
