- Draft Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement
- Handle Sub-Sale Transactions and Loan Documentation
- Assist All Other Related Conveyancing Matters Such a Discharge of Charge/Receipt and Reassignment, Tenancy Agreements, CKHT Submissions and Etc
- Attend And Communicate with Clients, Bankers and Related Partners
- Able To Work and Complete Task According to Preferred Timeline And /Or Completion Date
- Attend, Follow Up and Liase with Despatch on Daily Correspondences, Letters and Couriers
- Update File/Case Status to the Partners -Do Other Tasks as and When Required
