Pupil
- Law degree from a recognized University. CLP (if required)
Lawyer or Legal Assistant
- This is a junior position for applicants who have completed pupillage or with not more than 2 years' working experience (not including pupillage). The successful applicant will be working together with the senior partners of the Firm.
i) Corporate Lawyer - will be required to advise on corporate and commercial
matters, to vet, review and draft commercial documents/agreements.
ii) Conveyancing and Banking Lawyer - will be required to attend to sale and
purchase transactions (developer and sub-sale), tenancy agreements
(commercial and residential properties), employment contracts, intellectual
property matters.
Conveyancing & Banking Clerks
- Must have relevant legal firm experience and must be able to work with minimum supervision.
General Clerks
- Training will be provided for successful applicants who do not have work experience in legal firms
