What You’ll Do
- Manage files and clients independently
- Assist the Founder on:
•Capital punishment trials
•White-collar crime
•Fintech regulatory matters (licensing, AML/CFT, SC & BNM issues)
- Appear in court independently or with the Founder for applications, hearings, trials and appeals.
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, embassies, and NGOs
- Be involved in advisory, strategy, drafting, advocacy, and representation from start to finish

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years PQE;
- Strong analytical Skills
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills;
- Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia;
- Independent, disciplined, and able to handle working under pressure: and
- Demonstrable interest in criminal and regulatory advisory and defence.
