- 2 years PQE and above
- Minimum 2 years of working experience(s) in conveyancing
- Handle (draft and prepare) end-to-end process of property transactions, including sales, purchases, sub-sales and loan agreements independently
- Liaise professionally with clients, banks and relevant authorities
- Proactively follow up with clients and update file status from time to time
- Capable of leading and delegating tasks to subordinate effectively with goof communication skill, team player and independent with positive working attitude
- Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, well-organised in handling documentation and adhering to designated timelines
