Job Description
- Assisting lawyers in preparing legal related documents, filing and service of court
documents.
- Assisting lawyers in managing the legal team’s schedules, including arranging
meetings, court hearings, and client appointments.
- To liaise with clients and all relevant authorities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and
mail; and
- To perform clerical and administrative duties or any ad hoc tasks assigned by
Management from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a litigation clerk.
- Below 35 years of age.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and adhering deadlines.
- Possesses good work ethics, good manners, hardworking, responsible and a team
player.
- Computer literate and good command of Malay & English.
- Possess own transport.
