Litigation Clerk
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated Litigation Clerk to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. Experience in Personal Injury Claim matters will be an added plus.
The Job Description includes but are not limited to:-
- Assisting lawyers in preparing legal related documents, filing and service of court documents;
- Assisting lawyers in managing the legal team’s schedules, including arranging meetings, court hearings, and client appointments.
- To liaise with clients and all relevant authorities;
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail; and
- To perform clerical and administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:-
- At least 3 years working experience handling personal injury claim matters;
- Familiarity with Malaysian court procedures and document filing system;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Responsible, punctual, committed and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, Polite, well-mannered with positive working attitude;
- Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa. (Additional languages are a plus); and
- Must be Computer literate.
