- Meticulous and excellent drafting skills.
- Strong work ethics and discipline.
- Independently handle S&P Agreement (Developer and Sub-Sale).
- Independently handle and prepare loan documents for banks.
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Law and valid PC.
- At least 1-2 years working experience related to housing loan legal documentation.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,500
