- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Familiar with the conveyancing procedures for SPA and Loan
- Able to manage files efficiently and effectively
- Team player and responsible
- Meticulous and able to complete tasks timely
- Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (not of high importance)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and above in conveyancing work (Would consider fresh graduates just called to the Bar).
(Attractive remuneration package allowances and incentives on top of basic salary will be offered to the right candidate).
