We are seeking to hire a dedicated and experienced lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be well-versed in conveyancing matters, estate administration and be able to handle various ad-hoc duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling conveyancing matters, including sales and purchase agreements, transfers, and other property-related transactions.
- Managing uncontested applications for estate administration.
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents.
- Performing ad-hoc duties and legal research as required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years PQE in a legal environment.
- Experienced in conveyancing and estate administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
