- Able to work independently and able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with minimum supervision
- Possess own transport

- Preferably at least 1 year experience in Conveyancing matters especially in handling loan documentation & developer projects
- If no experience willing to learn and a fast learner
- Good interpersonal skill
- Meticulous, diligent and responsible
- Possess own transport
