- Candidate must possess a valid practising certificate .
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the area of General Litigation.
- Conduct full trial independently and is well versed in litigation trial process.
- Sound technical knowledge of the Law in the relevant areas with good analytical skills.
- Drafting cause papers, pleadings and submission competently .
- Prepare and draft legal opinions, conducting research on all legal and related matters.
- Quick and sharp to attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
- It is imperative to have a strong command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages, both written and spoken.
- Take responsibilities very seriously.
