Requirement:-
1. REAL ESTATE (CONVEYANCING)
- Assist in the preparation of legal documentation for property transactions, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other conveyancing paperwork.
- Conduct thorough legal research on property law and relevant regulations.
- Review and analyze property titles, contracts, and associated documentation to identify and resolve any issues.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Attend client meetings and conduct property searches to gather necessary information.
- Support the conveyancing team in managing case files and adhering to deadlines.
- Participate in negotiations and discussions related to property transactions, under the supervision of qualified solicitors.

2. LITIGATION
- Assist in legal research and case preparation by analyzing statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, opinions, and memorandums.
- Attend court hearings and assist in the representation of clients.
- Conduct client interviews to gather information and assess legal needs.
- Participate in trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with other team members on case strategies and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of case progress.

3. CORPORATE/ COMMERCIAL
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documentation, including share sales agreement, shareholder agreements and business agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on corporate and commercial laws, regulations, and industry practices.
- Support the team in due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing contracts and facilitating information exchanges.
- Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, including supply contracts, distribution agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Attend client meetings and assist in advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with qualified solicitors on transactional matters and case files, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed a law degree (LL.B) or equivalent qualification. Additional consideration may be given to First class or 2:1 graduate (for both local and foreign graduate).
- Successful completion of the BPTC or CLP (for foreign graduate only).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A commitment to professional and ethical practice.
- Must have own transport for mobility and convenience.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Able to work under pressure to meet datelines.
