Responsibilities :
- Ability to prepare sale and purchase agreement and loan documentation for sub-sale transaction.
- To monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the end
- Familiar with all banks requirement in loan execution, advises and their SOP for sub-sale transaction
- Actively update clients and all related parties on the file status
- Maintaining good communication and a positive working relationship with all stakeholders
- Other conveyancing work assigned by the Firm
