Job Description:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with competent understanding of Litigation & Conveyancing
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Professional Degree equivalent and must be called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Manage complex litigation matters & to handle general conveyancing matters including preparing and checking Sale and Purchase Agreements, loan/financing documentation, attending to clients, preparing reports and opinions and also to appear at the land offices to attend Land Enquiries
- Ability to comprehensively prepare for Hearings and Trials adequately (Originating Summons and/or Writ of Summons).
- Ability to conduct Hearings and Trials independently.
- Ability to develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with good attitude and accountability.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and be a team player as and when required. Ability to work with minimum supervision, a team player, responsible, honest, reliable, committed and with good working attitude
