Litigation
- 0 to 3 years PQE
- To assist the partner in litigation (corporate, commercial and IP) and corporate work and sometimes conveyancing matters
- Preparation of Pleadings, cause papers and attending to CM and hearing

Conveyancing
- 1 to 3 years experience in conveyancing practice
- To assist the Partners, able to work independently with minimum supervision
- To draft Sub-sale and Purchase Agreement independently
- Familiar with banking documentations
- To liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities
- To attend to clients and other legal works assigned by firm

Requirement
- Recognised LLB
- Completed CLP or local university degree
- Motivated, meticulous and keen to learn
- Well versed in Malay and English. Mandarin is an added advantage (for the Legal Advisory for China Desk)
