- Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing documents
- Able to prepare and attend to legal documents for conveyancing sub-sale and loan documents
- Handle matters ranging from sub-sales, loan documentations and perfections
- Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies and related parties
- Ensure to complete any task / file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
- Liaise and maintain good working relationship with clients, bank officers and property agents
- To monitor loan / SPA files from the initial stage till the completion
- Assist with corresponding and /or communication with clients, banks and/or various authorities
- General administrative duties and/or other ad hoc duties instructed
Requirement
- At least 1 to 3 years experience in conveyancing matters
- Familiar with properties and loan/financing documentation from various major Banks
- Familiar with latest procedure and system of land office / LHDN / SSM / OA and other related bodies / authorities
- Familiar with bank's online system for documentation and procedure
- Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- Good communication skills and a team player
