Requirement:-
- A minimum of Five (5) years of experience in Legal Practice
- Able to work independently and to monitor the progress on Sub-sale SPA Files (Beginning till Completion)
- Able to handle drafting of SPA and to liaise with clients, bankers, agents and governmental bodies
- Able to provide legal opinions and solutions to clients (when needed)
- Suitable Candidates will be considered to be promoted as a Partner of the Firm
