Requirement
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a civil litigator with very competent
understanding of litigation -
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree equivalent and must be called to the Malaysian Bar.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates should be responsible to adhere with court deadlines independently.
- Efficiency, positivity, creative-thinking and quick-thinking are essential for this position.
- Good sense of humour and a positive working attitude would be an added advantage as we believe in enjoying what we do.

Job description
- Manage complex litigation matters.
- Ability to prepare, draft and finalise legal opinions and cause papers.
- Ability to comprehensively prepare for Hearings and Trials adequately (Originating Summons and/or Writ of Summons).
- Ability to conduct Hearings and Trials independently.
- Ability to develop case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with good attitude and accountability.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and be a team player as and when required.
