- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law – LLB (Hons) or Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and must be admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia.
- Experienced in handling merger’s acquisition and due diligence including other corporate arrangements and dealings.
- Possess high English competencies in communication and drafting.
- Well verse and have a good understanding in Company’s Act and Company Law.
- Familiar with corporate structure and corporate restructuring
- Minimum 3 years of working experience (exclude experience in Chambering and Pupilage).
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to draft commercial contracts, Joint ventures, Shareholders agreements and other corporate contracts.
- Able to handle matters independently and work under pressure.
- A team player who is able to work with peers and senior management.
- Organised and resourceful.
- Able to work longer hours if and when required by the firm.
- Possess Mandarin literacy is a plus point.
- Salary range between RM3,000 to RM7,000 (depending on years of experience and knowledge).
