Handle all aspects of conveyancing for development projects and sub-sale cases; prepare sale and purchase agreements, loan documents and other related paperwork; liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing
- Experience with both development projects and sub-sale transactions
