Front Desk Officer (FDO) / Receptionist
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform front desk duty. Attend to all incoming calls & divert message promptly.
- Ensure all guest / client are welcomed and direct them to the appropriate person.
- To perform clerical task and administrative duties such as monitoring runner duties, google review and check office mail box.
- Maintaining proper administration files. (filling, scanning& record keeping).
- Compiling, maintaining & updating the firm's records and database.
- Assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and in liaising with clients and relevant authorities.
- Handling any other administrative duties assigned from time to time by the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma holder or equivalent;
- Below 35 years of age;
- Possesses a good and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Team-player, diligent and have a good working attitude;
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Computer literate;
- Good command of Malay & English;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Possess own transport;
- Able to start immediately.

- Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,700 per month
