Job Description
- To Prepare Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan documentation for sub-sale transaction;
- To monitor and complete the sub-sale transaction from beginning until the end;
- To attend to clients and other legal work assigned by the firm from time to time;
- Other conveyancing work assigned by the firm;
- To assist in drafting pleading, papers, pre-trial document and legal opinions;
- To attend signing with clients, review legal documents and prepare status reports.
Requirement
- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar;
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu, ability to communicate in other languages will be an added advantage;
- To monitor closely all files progress to ensure timely and accurate completion of work;
- Strong work ethic and positive working attitude;
- Able to multitask, cope under pressure and have good time management skill;
- Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice
