We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates commitment, ambition, and self-motivation.
- Strong team player with a disciplined and reliable work ethic.
- Proficient in book-keeping and basic accounting practices.
- To manage and handle clients, office, and petty cash accounts.
- To handle monthly payroll, statutory filling, bi-monthly tax submission.
- Familiar with EFS system, Smart Selangor, PTGWP system, adjudication, and presentation systems.
- To attend to telephone calls, greet visitors/clients, and accept services.
- To assist lawyers in Litigation and/or Conveyancing Department.
- To assemble and organize information for legal forms and documents.
- Other duties and/or work that will be assigned from time to time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer systems.
- Hardworking, willing to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Well organized and have an eye for detail.
- Good command of the spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to learn and take on new work.
