- Candidates responsible to liaise with client, banker/agent, other lawyer firm, developers
& various government bodies.
- Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan
documentation.
- To handle sub-sale document, loan (including company Loan) discharge, perfection of
charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- Preparation of Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) (sub-sale).
- To maintain and update file status on operation system.
- Attend to daily lawyer works.
- To handle loan documentation work from start to finish for financial institution.
- To handle sale and purchase agreement from start to finish independently inclusive of
e-adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration.
- Committed, self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and to meet tight
deadlines.
- Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work
assigned by the firm from time to time;
