- Able to handle General Litigation and Corporate Litigation matters.
- Able to attend to all litigation matters including Court matters independently and without supervision.
- Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submissions including any correspondence.
- Possess the experiences handling matters and trials in High Courts and other higher courts.
- Having experience in managing own files from the start.
- Preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
- Preparing status reports and updates for superiors and clients.
- To attend to clients and other work assigned by the firm from time to time.
- Able to work long hours if and when necessary or required on case-to case basis.
- Able to provide suggestions and ideas in handling cases and proactive in discussions
