- Assist lawyers to prepare and handle all related conveyancing documents
- Able to prepare & attend to legal documents for conveyancing sub-sale and loan documents
- Draw up loan / SPA documents and preparing relevant forms / correspondence documents related with the loan / SPA
- Handle matters ranging from sub-sale, loan documentations and Perfections
- Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies and related parties
- Ensure to complete any task / file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
- Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with clients, bank officers and property agents
- To monitor loan / SPA files from the initial stage till the completion
- Assist with corresponding and/or communication with clients, banks and/or various authorities
- General administrative duties and/or
Requirement
- At least 2 to 3 years experience in conveyancing matters
- Familiar with properties and loan/financing documentation from various major Banks
- Familiar with latest procedure and system of land office/LHDN/SSM/OA and other related bodies/authorities
- Familiar with bank's online system for documentation and procedure
- Able to work under minimum supervision and independently
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- Good communication skills and a team player
Salary and Allowance
- Salary based on experience
- Medical allowance RM500 per year
