requirement

- To provide Secretarial in the day-to-day running of the real estate department.
- To organize and manage correspondence, reports, appointments and traveling arrangement.
- To Maintain proper records/filling of correspondences and documents which include but not limited to mails, fax distribution, draft documents and correspondences etc.
- To handle loan documentations and related conveyancing matters.
- Attend to Clients, developers, banks, or any related parties correspondence and queries.

- To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required.
