- Min 5 years experience to prepare legal documentation ,relating to sub-sales from initial stage until completion and conveyancing (Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documents) .
- With basic computer skill (Ms Word/excel/pdf/emel) & Whatsapp
- Well time management, disciplined in working, independent, hardworking and reliable, document receiving in/out, sorting and filing properly, polite and good communication skills.
