Responsibilities for Conveyancing Lawyer :
- Handle conveyancing cases independently with minimum guidance
- Sale and Purchase Agreement for Sub-sale cases
- Loan Documentation
- Probate / Letter Administration matters
- Handle clients and files effectively and independently
- Liaising with relevant authorities, banks, solicitors and etc.

Requirements for Conveyancing Lawyer :
- Applicants must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law, Certificate of Legal Practise or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Mircosoft Office
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent

Responsibilities for Conveyancing Clerk :
- To assist Firm in handling Conveyancing / Probate / Letter of Administration matters

Requirements for Conveyancing Clerk :
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good Communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to Converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialects is an added advantage
- Fast learner, good discipline and self-motivated
