- At least 6 years experience in General Litigation and have conducted full trial independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
- Effective use of computer system for legal research and work
- High level of integrity and professional accountability
- Able to work independently and as a part of team
- Able to assist the partners to handle matters across various departments
- Able to report and update the partners and to take instructions
- Able to adapt and to execute firm's directions and/or instructions
- Able to draft opinion and be able to give independent opinion
