- Able to work independently and meticulous
- Able to work well as a team
- Able to conduct hearing and case as well as EFS Kehakiman
- Good research skills (legal authorities based)
- Able to draft opinion and be able to give independent opinion
- Diligent, hardworking, honest and able to work with minimum supervision
