- Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
- Familiar with banking documentations.
- Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience and above in conveyancing line.
- Degree holder of LLB.
- Dedicated and responsible towards her job.
- Able to monitor file by his / her own.
