- A minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in construction law
- Strong knowledge of construction law and alternative dispute resolutions
- Ability to handle multiple cases and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation and legal drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- A team player, disciplined and reliable.

Job Scope
- Advising clients on legal matters related to construction contracts, disputes and claims.
- Drafting cause papers for construction disputes whether through Court
proceedings, CIPAA proceedings or arbitration
- Drafting, reviewing, commenting and advice on various legal documentation
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with changes in construction law and regulations
- Negotiating settlements and drafting settlements agreements
- Providing legal support to our clients throughout the entire construction project lifecycle
