Legal Associate (Conveyancing)
a) Minimum one (1) year of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) in conveyancing matters ;
b) Extensive experience in handling developers and sub-sales transactions including loan documentations (namely : housing loan (conventional and Islamic), retail loans /end financing and others) ; and
c) Well versed in Mandarin language (both spoken and written).
Para Legal
a) to assist Legal Associates in Civil Litigation matters ; and
b) to assist Legal Associates in Conveyancing and Corporate matters.
Chambering Student
We are looking for candidates who are :-
a) highly motivated individuals who can work under pressure and has interest in working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
b) dedicated and possess good qualities including the quality of being a good team player; and
c) positive, responsible, committed, willing to learn and possess good interpersonal skills.
Basic Requirements :
a) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent and/or a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent and must have been called to the Malaysian Bar for position of Legal Associates;
b) Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages (both spoken and ritten) ;
c) Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage but it is a compulsory requirement for the position of Legal Associates; and
d) Must possess own transportation
Clerks (Conveyancing)
a) Experienced in handling developers and sub-sales matters including with loan documentations ;
b) Able to work independently and with minimum supervision ; and
c) Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage.
Other Requirements :
a) Excellent research skills ;
b) Excellent computer skills ;
c) Diligent, hardworking and highly motivated ; and
d) Able to work independently and self-driven.
