- To assist lawyers in preparing & handling all conveyancing matters such as sub-sale SPA, perfection of transfer & charge, loan documentations, discharge of charge, receipt & reassignment, tenancy agreement and etc.
- To liaise with clients, bankers, agents, relevant government authorities & other relevant parties.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good spoken and written BM & English
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous
- Experience
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
- Salary will be based on years of experience
