- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law with Practising Certificate
- 1 to 3 years experience / fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Familiar and understand the process for sub-sales cases, direct purchase from developer, loan financing & loan drawdown
- Able to vet & draft agreements
- Willing to learn, hard working, meticulous and able to work well independently and as a team member
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
