- Called to the Malaysian Bar with minimum upper second class LLB or equivalent
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Demonstrates sound legal knowledge, initiative, confidence and ability to work independently
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- For Senior Associate/Associate Intellectual Property practice candidates must have 3- 5 years PQE in the field of Intellectual Property
- For Senior Associate/Associate Corporate Commercial, Banking, Infrastructure or Energy practices candidates must have 1- 5 years' PQE in relevant practice.
- For Senior Associate Litigation practice candidates must have 5 - 6 years PQE and must be versatile in litigation, arbitration and adjudication, and ideally have some experience in both contested and non-contested matters related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, insolvency, capital reductions, initial public offerings and other corporate exercises.
