Job Description
To handle banking debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with execution proceedings, preparing opinions and advising clients and attending to matters in court and the relevant land offices

Qualification for Legal Assistant
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly be a team player

Experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the Bar
