Job Description
- Able to handle and / or assist in conveyancing matters from developer work, sub-sale matters and loan documentation from initial stage to completion
- Able and / or assist in drafting of SPA and loan documentation relating to developer work and sub-sale matters
- Corresponds, attends and communicate with developer, client, bankers, various authorities related
- Hands on & ready to assist for conveyancing matters

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience
- Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa English
- Knowledge in commercial & corporate loan is advantage
