Job Descriptions :
1) Legal Associates (Conveyancing)
- Minimum one (1) year of Post Qualified Experience (PQE) in conveyancing matters ;
- Extensive experiences in handling developers and sub-sales transactions including loan documentations (namely housing loan (conventional and Islamic), retail loans/end financing and others) ;
- Experienced in drafting corporate agreements (namely Memorandum of Understanding, Joint Venture Agreement, Sale of Shares Agreements, Corporate Tenancy and others) ; and
- Well versed in Mandarin language (both spoken and written).

Basic Requirements :
a) Admitted to the Malaysian Bar ;
b) Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages (both spoken and written) ; and
c) Must possess own transportation

Other Requirements :
a) Excellent research skills ;
b) Excellent computer skills ;
c) Diligent, hardworking and highly motivated ; and
d) Able to work independently and self-driven.

- To assist Legal Associates in Civil Litigation matters ; and
- To assist Legal Associates in Conveyancing and Corporate matters.

- Candidates must be dedicated and with good personality and is a good team player; and
- Have a positive, responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn.

Basic Requirements :
1) Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent and/or a Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent ;
2) Excellent command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English languages (spoken and written);
3) Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an added advantage ; and
4) Must possess own transportation.

2) Diligent, honest, hardworking and highly motivated; and
