- Lawyer experience 5years
- Conveyancing clerk experience more than 5 years
- Able to independently handle full range of conveyancing matters and legal documentations including sub-sales matters, loans, SME loan and post auction cases
- Possess excellent knowledge of sub-sales and SME matters
- Good strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player
