requirement

- At least 2 or 3 years experience in handling legal documentation and other conveyancing matters (SPA / Loan / Banking / Finance / Estate Administration)
- Must be able to prepare and attend to such legal documents from initial stage up to completion stage
- Able to work independently and to meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in team
