For Conveyancing Lawyer:
- 1-3 years experience in handling developer project works.
- Able to independently handle developer project works.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Diligent and possess a positive attitude.
- Good and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player.
- Able to attend signings during weekends.
- Must be able to read and converse in English, Malay and Mandarin.

For Conveyancing Clerk:
- 1-2 years experience in handling developer project works.
- Diligent and possess a positive attitude.
- Hardworking.
- Good and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and Malay.
- Ability to read and converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
