1. Legal Assistant:-
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience
- Good in legal research, critical thinking & time management
- Can manage, monitor progress of files and to meet deadlines
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities and meticulous with details
- Possessed own transport
- Able to work under minimize supervision
- Responsible towards files entrusted from all aspects
- To handle multiple tasks at any one given time and to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned as and when necessary
2. Pupil In Chambers:-
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from an approved institution by BAR Council Malaysia
- Proficiency in the English language is a mandatory requirement.
- Excellent Research Skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Diligent, hardworking and highly motivated.
- Able to work independently and self-driven.
- Must possess own transport.
3. Office Assistant:-
- Payment commensurate with experience.
- Working hours: Mondays-Fridays 8:30AM-5:30PM; Saturdays 9:00AM-3:00PM (only when needed)
- Preferably staying in Shah Alam area.
- Possess own transportation preferred
- Has a stable internet connection at home in case have to WFH
- Diploma holders and fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Independent and can complete tasks properly with minimum supervision.
- Have good command of the English and Malay language in both writing and speaking.
- Working experience of at least 12 months prior.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Gmail, Google Drive and also social media.
- Have good communication skills, Punctual, disciplined and attentive to details.
- Can manage time well and efficient in doing various tasks
- Must be neat, clean and presentable.
- Full time and permanent position.
- Fully vaccinated, healthy, and free of COVID-19.
- Willing to learn new things
Job Scope:-
• To manage, store and maintain all records and Office information and documents.
• Arrange meetings and record the minutes of the meetings.
• Manage records and information of clients.
• Ensure that the office filing system is systematic and well managed.
• Provide assistance and support to the firm’s management
• Assist the management in business marketing
• Assist & manage clients and the other parties concerned
• Other tasks as instructed from time to time.
