Conveyancing Clerk
1) Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in conveyancing;
2) Able to work with minimum supervision;
3) Possess good attitude & willing to learn;
4) Good communication skills and a team player;
5) Good typing skill and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
6) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Being able to communicate in 3rd language Mandarin will be an added advantage;
7) Familiar with latest procedure and system of land office/ LHDN/ SSM/ OA and other related bodies/ authorities;
8) Familiar with bank’s online system for documentation and procedure.
Receptionist & Admin
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
2) At least 1 year working experienced but fresh graduate is encourage to apply
3) Good communication skill in English and Malay
