- 2 - 3 years if experience in sub-sales (with/without title), refinances, direct purchase with developers
- Willing to travel for signing or completing tasks
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Have good command in Bahasa Melayu and English in writing or speaking
- Fast learner and able to lead
